Welcome to PartyAnimal! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PartyAnimal website (the "Site") and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
PartyAnimal sells personalized, handmade dog birthday party boxes and related products on a one-time purchase basis. Each box is made to order based on the information you provide at checkout. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to pay the specified fees for the products you select.
All orders are subject to acceptance by PartyAnimal. We may require additional information regarding your order before we can process it. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified during checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed; there are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or membership fees associated with your purchase.
PartyAnimal creates personalized products based on the information and photos you provide, including your dog's name, photo, and other details. By providing this information, you represent that you have the necessary rights to use and share it, and you grant PartyAnimal a limited license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. PartyAnimal reserves the right to refuse any request for customization that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or that may infringe on intellectual property rights.
PartyAnimal will ship products to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Because each box is handmade to order, please allow time for production in addition to shipping. PartyAnimal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, postal service disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Because every PartyAnimal box is personalized and handmade specifically for your dog, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on personalized items once an order has been placed and production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@getpartyanimal.com within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost to you.
Refund requests outside of damaged or defective items will not be honored due to the custom nature of each product. If you have questions about your order before it ships, please reach out to support@getpartyanimal.com as soon as possible — once a box has entered production, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
The Site and its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by PartyAnimal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our express written permission.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PartyAnimal disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall PartyAnimal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. PartyAnimal's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold PartyAnimal harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
PartyAnimal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PartyAnimal regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@getpartyanimal.com. Refunds requested after 24 hours will not be accepted, as we begin processing and crafting your personalized items immediately.
If you receive your order and find that something is missing or damaged, please contact us at support@getpartyanimal.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement for the missing or damaged item(s).
Please note that all sales are final after 24 hours, and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after this period.
Refunds If you have requested a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damages and Issues If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@getpartyanimal.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items All of our products are custom-made and personalized for each order. As such, we do not accept returns on any of our items.
Exchanges As each order is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@getpartyanimal.com.
